Dr. Tobias K. Boehm is a board‑certified periodontist and implant specialist dedicated to providing honest, high‑quality, and respectful care. With advanced training in dentistry, microbiology, and business administration, Dr. Boehm brings a rare combination of scientific expertise and clinical precision to every patient he treats. He has spent more than 16 years teaching dental students how to diagnose and manage gum disease, and he is known for uncovering subtle oral conditions that often go unnoticed.

As Office Manager, she ensures that every patient feels comfortable, respected, and supported from the moment they arrive. She is known for her kindness, her clear communication, and her ability to guide patients through appointments, treatment plans, and insurance questions with confidence and ease. Her background in patient advocacy and community health education allows her to understand the concerns of individuals who may feel anxious or overwhelmed. She is dedicated to creating a calm and organized environment where patients feel heard and valued. Whether she is coordinating care, answering questions, or offering reassurance during stressful moments, Mrs. Boehm works to make every visit smooth and positive. Patients appreciate her genuine warmth, her professionalism, and her talent for making complex information simple and approachable. Her leadership helps ensure that Boehm Dental Specialists, PC operates with efficiency, transparency, and a strong focus on patient wellbeing. Making a difference beyond the dental chair
Dr. Boehm serves as Executive Director of The Defeating Epilepsy Foundation®, founded by his wife, Natalie, to remove the stigma surrounding epilepsy and create opportunities for those living with the condition. Inspired by Natalie’s journey, from her diagnosis at age two to building a successful career, this nonprofit focuses on education, advocacy, and community support for individuals, families, and caregivers affected by epilepsy.
In addition, Dr. Boehm founded The Dental Institute to improve access to specialty dental care and support advanced dental education. Our practice partners with the San Bernardino Department of Rehabilitation to develop workforce initiatives for people with disabilities, including hosting a disability workforce development summit.
